QPR Suicide Prevention Training
A 1-hour evidence-based public health model for individuals to learn how to recognize the warning signs that someone may be contemplating suicide.

Ending the Silence
Our Ending the Silence program offers three presentations to choose from: one for middle and high school students, one for their parents/guardians, and one for school faculty/staff. Participants learn the warning signs of mental health conditions, discover strategies to improve mental health, and discuss the importance of open communication about mental health concerns.

CALM Conversations
Counseling on Access to Lethal Means (CALM) Conversations is a one-hour presentation intended for a general audience and requires no prior training in mental health and suicide prevention and focuses on how to talk with at-risk individuals.
